That bachelor's thesis describes the design of electric hoist. Select electric drive of hoist, manual drive of carriage and rope hoist drive is achieved simple design for easy production. There is a description of particular parts, control calculations of parts and basic drawing documentation in that thesis.
Cable reel

The work deals with construction of electrical cable reel with lifting capacity 800 kg, height of lift 20 m and lift speed 10 m/min. In the work is solved design of cable, cable drum and its placing in frame, strenght calculations of the drum and its shafts, check calculations of bearings and keys, choice of suitable drive and its connection to the drum and fastening the whole to the base. Between parts of the work belong component drawings, parts list and assembly dravings with the main measurements and assembly diagram.
Design of electric tackle

Purposes work was create technical documentation to an electrically driven tackle with actuated by hand undercarriage. Was booked up fundamental parameters like bearing, stroke and hoisting speed. First was effected calculation of load on pinion necks and an idle pulley. Subsequently was effected calculation for right election of a rope, an idle pulley, a rope drum and bearings for the rope drum. Up this calculation followed calculation for a right election of an electric motor and a shaft clutch. The documentation was complemented with pictures and tablets, that are seted near single decisive knots of the tackle. To the documentation was creationed how a suggested arrangement drawing so single subassemblies drawings.
Windlass

Windlass is a lifting device widely used in the building industry for lifting or laying building material or other material. This thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part focuses on existing solutions of different windlass types and contains also a general overview of windlass producers. This part is also concerned with strength and functional calculations of the device and designs individual components of the device. The other part of this thesis is the construction part which is focused on drawings of the overal equipment assembly, contains the list of components and selected production drawings.

This bachelor thesis deals with design of hoist mechanism of bridge crane with maximum load capacity 16 000 kg. First part consists of critical survey of existing designs made by several companies with subsequent choice of suitable conception. Main part consists of calculation of fundamental parameters of hoist mechanism that are important for definition and selection of further parts of mechanism like steel rope, pulleys and pulley block with hook. Other selected and checked parts of hoist mechanism are rope drum, electromotor, gearbox and brake. Last part of this bachelor thesis consists of selection of bearing, bearing housing, spring of output gearbox shaft, pin and welds. The output of this bachelor thesis are technical drawings of hoist mechanism and weldment of rope drum.
Mobile construction crane load capacity 200 kg

This diploma thesis describes mechanical design of mobile construction crane, specified for moving Silka bricks of weight 200 kg. Thesis contains constructing solution of steel frame - boom, column and chassis. Standard purchased components are also defined in this thesis - hydraulic circuits, el. pulley assembly and wheels. Last part of thesis verifies sufficient safety of designed frame using Finite element method. Output of this thesis are mechanical drawings of welded parts of steel frame and assembly drawing of entire crane.
